As a Construction Manager I came to work after Christmas to find a pipe had burst. Pro-Flow was the only contractor willing to move their schedule around to mitigate the problem that day and get our water back on. We ended up hiring them to do a complete re-pipe and bathroom and breakroom remodel from the damage that was done. They re-piped the entire business space with pex, bringing the building into the 21st century and re-routing pipes to prevent the same thing from happening in the future. They then replaced all plumbing fixtures in the bathroom and breakroom. My wife and I ended up hiring them to install a gas wall heater in our home as well. They're a skilled, intelligent, and motivated company that I will hire for any of my plumbing needs.

We called George out to fix a couple of leaking faucets. He repaired one, but had some problems with the other. After mentioning a pump problem, he offered to go under the house and check it. Then returned the next day to replace the faucet he couldn't fix AND went back under the house to repair the pump problem. We have no leaks now AND his magic under the house gave us more water pressure than I've seen in years! Highly recommend him! We also have him quoting us a price to replace a water heater soon! He is a very pleasant, courteous, and prompt young man that does a superb job!

George came to our house after we had a clog in our sewer line where we weren't able to clear it ourselves. He was prompt, very friendly, explained what the issue was, what to do in the future if the same problem arises, suggestions on what we could look at doing if the problem persists. The plumbing we have was put in incorrectly causing these issues. George didn't try to sell us on anything, but gave us options on what we could do ourselves or if we needed, have ProFlow come out. I will 100% recommend George to anyone, and will be calling George for any future plumbing needs!!

After finding out my main sewer line collapsed, I called several plumbers trying to come up with a way to solve the problem. My biggest concern was cost since the sewer went under my patio, pool, and garden boxes. Out of the five plumbers I called, they were the only company that was able to brainstorm and come up with a solution. They were able to reroute my main sewer line, saving me the huge headache of having to repair the rest of my yard. Not only that, but they were quick and efficient with their work. They explained every step of the process, and they were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services in the future if I have any additional plumbing problems.

First off, this was a project on pause for four years due to Covid. My wife reminded me everyday of only having one toilet to serve a family of four. Once we were financially able to finish our master bath remodel we looked to google maps. We live in Jasper County where options are limited. We first looked at contractors who estimated 50k to finish the master bath from start to finish, not including tile. We soon located George, an Army Veteran from ProFlow Plumbing. I myself a veteran from the Air Force, he under stood the tight budget. Well plumbing was one of the critical steps in this master bath remodel. Hands down, I would not rate these guys less than 10 stars out of 10. What a phenomenal job from start to finish. He included my wife and I in the decision making on parts. Made a dream come true. I would recommend these guys by far! They will be the first notified of any plumbing issues or other projects. Great Job and stay Safe!
